Terms and Conditions.
1. Terms and Conditions of 60 Minute Driving Lesson
  • Payment is required by the end of lesson. Lesson will be cancelled if no payment is received on the day of the lesson.
  • Bean Driving School accepts Cash and Credit/Debit Card. Accepting only Visa Card and Mastercard.
  • Reschedule, Cancellation and Transf erring lesson Notification of 3 hours prior to lesson starting is required, otherwise any payment will be retained by Bean Driving School and lesson will be forfeited.
  • If the student has signs of drinking alcohol or signs of substance abuse the instructor reserves the right to terminate the lesson. The lesson and fees will be forfeited.
  • If the student or person accompany the student is abusive to the instructor or anyway threaten. The driver has the right to terminate the lesson immediately and forfeit any fees.
  • The student must show the driving instructor their valid learners permit. The instructor reserves the right to terminate the lesson if the learner permit is invalid. The lesson and fees will be forfeited.
  • The student must declare to the driver any special medical conditions that may prevent them driving on the day of the lesson.
  • Bean driving school reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the driving lessons due to any unforeseen circumstances. Bean driving school will make every effort tore-accommodate the customer.
  • Valid 12 months from purchase date.
3. Terms and Conditions of Driving Test and lesson
  • Payment required prior to lesson driving test.
  • Bean Driving School accepts only Visa Card and Mastercard
    Credit/Debit Card. Credit Card facility is available online and on the day
    of the lesson.
  • Doesn’t include any VicRoads testing costs. These payments must be
    directly paid with VicRoads.
  • Non transferable to another person.
  • Bookings can be changed 24 hours prior of the next lesson. The customer will forfeit the next lesson if notified less than 24 hours of the change.
  • If a student decides to cancel or make changes within 24 hours will
    forfeit that lesson and fees.
  • If the student has signs of drinking alcohol or signs of substance abuse

    may prevent them driving on the day of the lesson.
  • Bean driving school reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the
    driving lessons due to any unforeseen circumstances. bean driving
    school will make every effort to accommodate the customer.
  • The Student is responsible for the payment of the VicRoads driving test
    fees and licencing fees.
  • If the test vehicle on the driving test fails the VicRoads pre test
    drive check.It is responsibility of Bean Driving School to pay for the altenative VicRoads retest fee. Bean Driving School will not pay for student’s licensing costs. Bean Driving School will offer the use of the Instructor’s car with no fee for the retest.
  • Non refundable.
  • Valid 12 months from purchase date.
2. Terms and Conditions of Bundle Package, Gift Vouchers and Special Offers
As the bundle package and special offer rate is discounted from the standard rate, the following conditions apply:
  • Total payment of the bundle package is required by the commencement of the first lesson.
  • Bean Driving School accepts only Visa Card and Mastercard Credit/Debit Card. Credit Card facility is available online and on the day of the lesson.
  • Non transferable to another person.
  • Bookings can be changed 24 hours prior of the next lesson. The customer will forfeit the next lesson if notified less than 24 hours of the change.

4. Purchasing Online
All online transactions incur a Credit Card Service fee of 2.5%. Bean Driving School will pay for this fee unless you decide to cancel your purchase at a later date.
If you cancel at a later date, you will receive a refund through your credit card minus 2.5% of the original purchase price. This is the amount Pay Pal charges. Please select your date and time preferences. We will not accept requests within the next 48 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when the date and times are confirmed. Terms and Conditions will apply when your date and times are confirmed. You will be advised, if your booking dates and times preferences are not available. We will make every effort to meet your date and time request/s. If we are unable to accommodate your date and time requests, a refund minus credit card service fee 2.5% will be returned.
